Service

Your Sprinkler Guy is the trade name of Mike Finnesy, a sole proprietor in Boulder County, Colorado, providing residential sprinkler installation, repair, turn-on, and winterization blowout service. Business phone: (970) 714-3055. Requesting service on this site places a request; an appointment is scheduled once we confirm it with you.

Scheduling, changes, and access

Appointments are grouped by neighborhood, so dates may shift with weather and routing. We will notify you of any change. Please give us as much notice as you can to reschedule or cancel. You are responsible for providing access to the property, the shutoff, and the controller on the day of service.

Payment

Work is invoiced after it is completed, based on the work performed and materials used. Invoices are due on receipt unless we agree otherwise in writing.

SMS Terms and Conditions (Text Messaging Program)

Program name: Your Sprinkler Guy Texts, operated by Mike Finnesy, sole proprietor, doing business as Your Sprinkler Guy.

1. Program description. When you enter your mobile number and check the text-message consent box on sprinklerguyboulder.com/text-us or on our booking pages, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Mike Finnesy, doing business as Your Sprinkler Guy, at that number. Service messages include request confirmations, appointment and reservation confirmations, day-before reminders, arrival notices, replies to your questions, and completion and payment notices. If you separately check the optional seasonal-offers box, you will also receive seasonal reminders about our spring turn-on and fall blowout service (no more than 4 per month). Each box is optional and unchecked by default.

2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity; typically 2–10 messages per month.

3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to each message sent or received.

4. Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

5. Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (970) 714-3055 or yoursprinklerguy@gmail.com.

6. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still schedule service by phone or email.

8. Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. All other categories of data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Sample messages.

• “Mike Finnesy: We received your sprinkler service request at 123 Maple St. We will confirm your service day within 24 hours. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Mike Finnesy: Reminder - Mike is scheduled at 123 Maple St tomorrow. Reply with questions. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Warranty and liability

We stand behind our workmanship. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, freeze damage to systems we have not winterized, or damage from unmarked private utilities, irrigation lines, or landscaping features.
